Ring or send a WhatsApp message. Tell us what’s wrong, what device it is, and roughly where you are. We’ll confirm if a home visit is the right option and give you an upfront estimate.
2. We arrange & visit
We’ll book a time that suits you. One of our engineers will come to you with the right tools and parts, assess the issue, confirm the final price, and carry out the repair.
3. Fixed & tested
We test everything before we leave so you know it’s working properly. You only pay when you’re satisfied. If extra parts are needed, we’ll arrange a follow-up or take it back to the shop.
