About PC & Fonetech

PC & Fonetech has been a fixture on Sea Road, Fulwell for years — a genuine local shop in a community that’s become increasingly reliant on the devices we carry everywhere. We’ve fixed phones for people who were convinced they’d lost everything, laptops for students the night before a deadline, and tablets that were the only thing keeping a housebound customer connected to their family.

We started — and have stayed — as a walk-in repair shop. No booking systems, no automated phone lines, no sending your device off to a warehouse and waiting a fortnight. You come in, you talk to someone who actually knows what they’re doing, and in most cases you leave the same day with your device working.

The name has two parts because we do two things equally well: computers (the PC side) and phones (the Fonetech side). Over the years we’ve expanded to cover tablets, gaming consoles, IT support, and devices for sale — but the core of what we do hasn’t changed. We fix things. Properly. At a fair price.

We know the reputation a local repair shop lives and dies by word of mouth. If we do a bad job or charge you over the odds, you’ll tell your neighbours. That accountability matters to us — and it’s why we’ve kept our approach simple: tell the truth, do the job right, and treat every customer the way we’d want to be treated.
